Who is Dr. Feridun Elmas?
Born in Konya, Dr. Feridun Elmas completed his primary education in the Ereğli district of Konya before continuing his studies at a science high school. He pursued his medical education at Istanbul Marmara University Faculty of Medicine.
During his university years, he had the opportunity to observe and participate in research at the Neurogenetics Laboratory of Yale University School of Medicine, one of the world’s leading institutions. He then began his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital.
Throughout this period, he gained extensive surgical experience and attended numerous national and international congresses and workshops. His research has been published in various scientific journals, and he has presented papers at prestigious conferences. After completing his specialization, he fulfilled his mandatory state service in Burdur, where he performed numerous plastic surgery operations for both domestic and international patients.
Dr. Feridun Elmas is a member of The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the Turkish Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD), and the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association (EPCD).
