Who is Dr. Gökhan Özerdem?
I have been part of the plastic surgery community since December 2001, and in 2007, I became a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery. After completing my two-year mandatory service, I worked at several private hospitals in Antalya before establishing my own private practice. I am a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (Int.) and ISAPS.
For many years, I have successfully performed a wide range of body and facial contouring procedures, including mommy makeovers, post-weight-loss body sculpting, facelifts, and liposuction, for both domestic and international patients.
I actively follow the latest advancements in my field by attending international scientific congresses, symposiums, and training courses every year. I have delivered numerous oral presentations both in Turkey and abroad, and my research has been published in international journals.
In September 2012, I was accepted as an observer at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department of Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious children’s hospitals. Additionally, in 2015-2016, I worked as a plastic surgery specialist in Dubai.
