Op. Dr. Erman Ak
Dr. Erman Ak, a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin and graduated from Mersin Science High School. He earned his medical degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2014. The same year, he began his residency in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Istanbul University, Çapa Faculty of Medicine.
During his residency, he actively participated in numerous cases involving congenital hand anomalies and nerve transfers in a department known for its intensive hand surgery practice. He successfully performed many microsurgical procedures.
In addition, he carried out numerous successful surgeries involving cleft lip and palate, congenital anomalies, and jaw surgery at one of Istanbul’s leading maxillofacial surgery centers. These challenging and demanding operations helped Dr. Erman Ak develop his own surgical approach and concept in facial surgery.
